Do you have 'Hidden Hunger'?

Could You Be Suffering From “Hidden Hunger” And Not Even Know It?

It started out with a day here and there where I just didn’t feel right. I was having trouble concentrating, and I was tired all the time.

That may not sound unusual for a busy mom. We’re always putting our families and responsibilities first. There’s never a shortage of things to do.

But the fatigue I was feeling was out of the ordinary. I felt like I needed a nap every afternoon. My appetite kept changing, too. Some days I was so hungry and had these intense cravings. And other days I didn’t feel like eating at all.

And then those occasional days where I didn’t feel right, turned into something more regular.

The symptoms got worse too… I felt spacey, like I was living in a fog. I was retaining water. And it seemed like I was always catching a cold.

Well-meaning friends said that I was probably just tired, and that it was all part of being a parent. They joked that I should have an extra cup of coffee in the afternoon.

But it felt like it was more than your average fatigue…‍

I knew I had to do something. I couldn’t keep going on like this. I searched online to find some advice. The suggestions I found ranged from doing more exercise, getting more sleep, taking a multivitamin to meditation. And I tried them all.

I started getting up earlier to fit in a 30 minute walk every day. I went to bed a little earlier instead of watching TV. I downloaded an app to learn how to meditate. I even started following blogs and podcasts about health and fitness.

And although I saw some improvements, such as my legs getting stronger from walking…

I was still exhausted… and it was starting to affect my moods. The day before I snapped at my kids for something minor. I felt so guilty.

So I went back to my search. This time I found something I hadn’t seen before…

Are You Suffering From “Hidden Hunger?”

I found that question on one of the blogs I was following.

The article talked about “hidden hunger,” which is a form of malnutrition. At first I didn’t think it applied to me because I don’t skip meals or do any restrictive diets. But then I saw that it affects up to 90% of Americans, and it’s not because we’re not eating. It’s because we’re deficient in micronutrients.

We become deficient in some essential vitamins and minerals when our diets aren’t balanced or if we eat too many processed foods. So even though I eat enough every day, I was missing some key nutrients.

But luckily, there’s a way I can make up for those missing nutrients quickly and easily…

I found HEAL. And it’s a nutrition game changer! HEAL is a meal replacement shake, but it’s a world apart from those old-fashioned meal replacements you find at the supermarket or pharmacy.

What makes it so different?

To start, HEAL is only made of real, organic food: fruits, vegetables and superfoods. Most other meal replacements are chock-full of chemicals, synthetics and artificial ingredients. They can actually do you more harm than good.

Not only that, but HEAL also contains 50% of your required daily vitamins and minerals!

It’s easy to take on the go. And I’m feeling so much better.

I’ve been using HEAL for a few weeks now. And the difference in how I feel is staggering. My mind is clear, and I have energy! And the best part is that it’s so easy to add to my busy day. I can add it to a smoothie, or if I’m in a real rush I can take it on its own. It tastes way better than some of those chalky protein shakes I’ve tried before.

I’ve actually found the results so incredible, that I bought some for my parents, too.

They’re elderly and I worry they’re not getting all the nutrients they need in a day. They were taking a mainstream meal replacement, but when I looked at the ingredients I saw that it was mostly empty calories. Full of additives and chemicals.

I feel so much better now that they’re getting a meal replacement made with real food. HEAL not only gives me the nutrients I was missing every day… it has also given me my life back. I can go to work, spend time with my kids and not feel like I need to take a nap every afternoon.

If you suspect you’re not getting all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day, try HEAL. I’m so glad I did, and I think you’ll feel the same.
